Purchasing Products

How do I make a purchase? 
 
Create an account and add the products you want to your cart and follow the prompts.
 
Can I purchase products and not be a vendor?
 
Yes.  You do not need to be a vendor to purchase a product. 
 
How will my product(s) be delivered?
 
When you purchase a digital product, you’ll get an email with a link to download your item. Save the email because you can download your item multiple times if needed. You’ll also see a link to download your item on the confirmation page after your payment is processed.
 
What am I allowed to do with the products I purchase?

Here’s a summary of what you can do with your purchases:

You may:

  • Use your purchases for personal, educational, and instructional use only.  This means you can use items purchased from PSP for your own informational purposes, for your individual study, and to teach your clients, patients or students.
  • Print and make copies of your purchases as necessary for such personal, education, and instructional use.

You may not:

  • – Remove any copyright notices, branding, or authorship information from your purchases.
  • – Sell copies.
  • – Include your purchases in any published work.
  • – Use your purchases for advertising or marketing purposes (unless permission is explicitly stated in the item you purchase).
  • – Generate revenue, in any way, either directly, or indirectly from your purchases (unless permission is explicitly stated in the item you purchase).
  • – Post or otherwise make the your purchases available on any website.
  • – Distribute or provide your purchases to friends, family, colleagues, post online, or otherwise make available to third parties.
  • – Transfer, gift, or assign the your purchases to any third party.
 
Where can I find a list of all my purchases?
 
You can find all your purchases on the “My Account” page.
 
Are refunds allowed?
 
Refunds are not available for purchases of digital products. If you have a concern about a purchased product, please contact us at [email protected]
 
May I be a purchasing customer and a vendor?
 
Yes, as long as you qualify to be a vendor you may do both.

Who can be a vendor?
 
To be an approved vendor you must be certified, or have a degree, in some area of the health and wellness field.
 

As there are many certifications and dozens of different degrees in the health and wellness field, not all are listed here.

If you have a degree or certification in an area that is not listed but think it may qualify, please submit your application and those decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Do I need to have my own website to have a vendor account?
 
Nope! All you need is a PayPal account to receive your commissions.
 
I do not have a Paypal account.   Can I be a vendor?
 
No. All commission payouts are done using PayPal. You must have a PayPal account in order to receive your commissions.
 

How can I view my earnings?  

Earnings can be viewed on the vendor dashboard.
 
I live outside the US.  Can I be a vendor? 
 
Yes.   If you qualify to be a vendor and have a Paypal account you can be a PSP vendor.
 
My Paypal email address is different than my preferred contact address – is that okay?
 
Yes. We’ll ask you for both your PayPal email address and your preferred contact email address on the application.
 

How am I paid and how often will I receive payments?

You are paid via Paypal and payments are sent out by the 21st of each month for the previous month’s sales. 
 
What fees am I charged for listing my products on PSP?
 
There is no fee to list a product on PSP.  There is a transaction fee when your products are sold:
 
Starter members get 65% of each sale, and professional members pay an annual fee and get 80% of each sale.
 
PSP gets the balance, which offsets the cost of maintaining the website, security, payment processing + related fees, website development, marketing, etc.
 
What is the lowest prices I can set my resources on PSP?
 
The minimum price for any Resource for sale on PSP is $5.00. While you may offer Resources for free, you mush also offer Resources for sale on PSP in addition to free Resources per PSP Terms + Conditions.
 
Can I put only free resources on PSP without selling any resources?
 
No. While you may offer Resources for free, you must also offer a Resources for sale on PSP in addition to free Resources per PSP Terms + Conditions.
